Small animal dietary supplement.
Ingredient(s): guaranteed total (viable) lactic acid producing bacteria: 10 million colony forming units per gram (lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium, lactobacillus casei).
dried lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried l. plantarum fermentation product, dried enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried l. casei fermentation product, vegetable oils, sugar, silicon dioxide, artificial color, polysorbate 80 preserved with tertiary butyl hydroquinone.
Indications: a source of live naturally occurring microorganisms for dogs, cats, and other small mammals.
Directions for use: a source of live naturally occurring microorganisms for small mammals subjected to changing environment or conditions such as training, working, transporting or hand feeding, weaning, etc. Place gel on back of tongue or on food.
Newborns: 1/2 g at birth; 1/2 g on days 3, 5, and 7 and at weaning. Hand fed orphans, increase to 1 g on days 7, 14, and at introduction to solid food.
Maintenance: 1 g for each 10 lbs of body weight up to 50 lbs. 5 g for 50 lbs body weight and over. Administer 1 day prior and 1 day following conditions above. |
