1. 1 bottle of extraction buffer - 8.0 mL.
2. 1 bottle of anti-parvovirus: HRPO conjugate - 2.0 mL.
3. Snap device Antibodies to CPV and control - 5.
Reagents contained in each device:
4. Wash Solution - 0.4 mL.
5. Substrate Solution - 0.6 mL.
Other Components: dacron swabs, test tubes, pipets, sample vials, reagent rack. Indications: SNAP Canine Parvovirus Antigen Test Kit is an enzyme immunoassay for the detection of canine parvovirus (CPV) in feces.
