HomeAgain’s Universal Worldscan is a lightweight, easy to use hand held microchip scanner that reads and identifies all microchip frequencies marketed in the U.S. (125kHz, 128kHz & 134kHz).

When a microchip is detected, the chip scanner sounds a beep and the unique microchip identification number is displayed in an LCD window. Chips are detected in under 1 second. The Universal Worldscan microchip scanner operates in temperatures ranging from 0° to 50° C.

Battery life is extended by the auto shut off feature that turns off the scanner approximately 5 seconds after releasing the control button or after 70 seconds of displaying a microchip code number.

Reads all 125 mhz chips (AVID and HOMEAGAIN) and identifies the presence of 134 mhz chips (such as Canadian and European).
