Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If your order results in a back order situation, you will be notified by email with further instructions. Customers may need to be available to sign for packages. In some cases, an adult signature is required. PetSupplies4Less.com is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages. Please call for rates to AK, HI, APO addresses and US Territories. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Effective Oct 1, 2011, all orders processed through PetSupplies4Less.com will be charged a $1.00 handling fee. This fee will apply to the shopping cart upon checkout.
Flat-Rate Ground Shipping Details
PetSupplies4Less.com offers $5.99, flat-rate ground shipping on many qualifying items found throughout our extensive product catalog. Sorry, but our Flat-Rate Ground Shipping offer does not apply to any drop ship items or perishable items that require a cooler for shipping. Flat-Rate Ground Shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only.
Shipping Options:
We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), 2-Day Service and Next Day Service. All in-transit times are business days, Monday through Friday. We ship via the following carriers: FedEx and USPS Priority Mail.
Notice on Perishable Items
Vaccines and perishables are sent via 2-Day Service, Monday - Wednesday and Next Day Service on Thursday to ensure safe arrival. All vaccines and perishables are sent in a cooler with ice packs. To order perishable items, please call customer service at 877-813-PETS (7387). All orders containing VACCINES REQUIRE SIGNATURES on package delivery.
