Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Virus Diarrhea Vaccine, Modified Live Virus
Contents: This product contains the antigens listed above.
Contains gentamicin and nystatin as preservatives.
Indications: For the vaccination of healthy cattle (weaned calves, feedlot cattle, yearlings) as an aid in the prevention of disease due to IBR and BVD.
Dosage and Administration: Shake well before using. Aseptically reconstitute the lyophilized vaccine with the accompanying liquid diluent and inject 2 mL (1 dose) intramuscularly or subcutaneously. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated after reaching 6 months of age. Revaccinate with a single 2 mL dose annually or prior to times of stress or exposure.
Precaution(s): Store at 2-7°C (35-45°F). Do not freeze. Do not expose to heat or direct sunlight. Use entire contents when first opened. Burn the container and all unused contents.
Do not use chemicals to sterilize syringes and needles.
Caution(s): Do not vaccinate pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows.In rare instances, administration of vaccines may cause lethargy, fever, and inflammatory or hypersensitivity types of reactions. Treatment may include antihistamines, anti-inflammatories, and/or epinephrine.
