What is Cosequin® for Dogs?
Cosequin® plays an important role in maintaining optimal joint function. Healthy articular (joint) cartilage is crucial to joint utility. Cosequin® helps support cartilage production and protect existing cartilage from breakdown. Cosequin® is the only glucosamine/chondroitin sulfate supplement that has been shown safe, effective, and bioavailable in peer-reviewed, published, controlled, U.S. veterinary studies. Cosequin® is manufactured following standards similar to those practiced by the pharmaceutical industry.
Cosequin® is available in Double Strength (DS) capsules and tasty chewable tablets and in Single Strength (SS) capsules and soft chews for dogs.

Administration: Cosequin® Soft Chews for Dogs
Instructions for use:
The recommended initial administration period is four to six weeks; however, some dogs may respond in a shorter period of time. The number of Cosequin® Soft Chews may then be reduced to the maintenance level. The chewable tablets may be fed directly or crumbled and mixed with food.
