The perna canaliculus used Glyco-Flex¯¿½ II for cats is produced by freeze-drying the entire mussel (excluding the shell) of the perna mussel from New Zealand. Contains all major classes of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) including chondroitin -4- and -6- sulfates. GAGs are referred to as the "glue of life" and make up the core of all connective tissue. Perna is also rich in amino acids, naturally chelated minerals, numerous enzymes, vitamins, and nucleic acids (RNA and DNA). An exceptional nutritional supplement for the maintenance of connective tissues including joints, synovial fluid, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage.

Directions for Use:
Initial:
(4 to 6 weeks)
1-10 lbs: 1 tablet daily.
11-20 lbs: 2 tablets daily.
21-30 lbs: 3 tablets daily.
After initial period, the number of tablets per day may be reduced to a maintenance level.
Maintenance:
1-10 lbs: ½ tablet daily.
11-20 lbs: 1 tablet daily.
21-30 lbs: 2 tablets daily.
If giving more than 1 tablet, divide between a.m. and p.m. tablet may be crumbled onto food or given as a delicious treat.
