Canine Coronavirus Vaccine, Killed Virus

Contents: Progard-CvK is an inactivated virus vaccine presented in a ready to use liquid form. Note: Virus grown in the Pro-Cell Stable Cell Line to provide uniform, highly consistent growth and harvest, free from adventitious agents.
Contains gentamicin as a preservative.
Indications: For vaccination of healthy dogs against canine coronavirus disease.
Dosage and Administration: Shake well before use. Aseptically administer 1 mL subcutaneously or intramuscularly to dogs as early as 6 weeks of age, revaccinate every 2-3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Vaccinate dogs over 12 weeks of age including those vaccinated under 12 weeks with one dose followed by a booster dose 2-4 weeks later. Revaccinate annually with a single dose.
Precaution(s): Recommended storage temperature 35-45°F (2-7°C). Do not freeze. Shake well before use.
Use entire contents when opened.
Non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes should be used for administration of vaccine.
Burn this container and all unused contents.
Caution(s): Administration of epinephrine may be indicated in the event of an anaphylactic reaction.
Only healthy animals should be vaccinated. Animals incubating disease or stressed due to shipping, malnutrition or parasitism may not achieve or maintain an adequate immune response.
