Ketochlor® Shampoo with Spherulites® is an antiseborrheic shampoo for the management of conditions responsive to ketoconazole or chlorhexidine. Anti-adhesive glycotechnology* utilizes a unique combination of monosaccharides and an alkylpolyglucoside that reduces bacterial and yeast adhesion to the skin. This action physically disrupts micro-organism colonization on the skin surface and may delay onset of irritation due to topical bacteria or yeast. Ketochlor® utilizes spherulites, an exclusive and patented encapsulation system that provides a slow release of ingredients long after product application, and chitosanide, a natural biopolymer that creates a protective film on the skin and hair coat, to help reduce the reoccurrence between uses.
