- Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018: Thanksgiving Day - PSL offices are closed as well as all carriers.
- Monday, Dec. 24, 2018: Christmas Eve - PSL offices are close at noon.
- Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018: Christmas Day - PSL offices are closed as well as all carriers.
- Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019: New Year's Day - PSL offices are closed as well as all carriers.

All orders, regardless of shipping method, placed after 11 a.m. Central Time (CT) will be processed the following business day. Currently, we are not able to process orders on Saturday and Sunday.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If your order results in a back order situation, you will be notified by email with further instructions. Customers may need to be available to sign for packages. In some cases, an adult signature is required. PetSupplies4Less.com is not responsible for misdirected, undeliverable packages or delays in delivery due to weather. Effective Oct 1, 2011, all orders processed through PetSupplies4Less.com will be charged a $1.00 handling fee. This fee will be applied to the shopping cart upon checkout.
Orders via standard ground will arrive in approximately 5 business days.
PetSupplies4Less.com offers free shipping on web-based orders of $69 or more. Free shipping is limited to ground delivery within the contiguous United States. Certain items marked free shipping, perishable, drop ship, special order, and orm-d are not included in the $69 total. Handling fee of $1 applies to all orders. Oversize fees are listed on product page. Call for drop ship fees. Express delivery is available upon request. Perishable items can only be shipped 2nd day or next day. Other restrictions may apply. Pet Supplies 4 Less reserves the right to refuse orders of excessive weight. Customers will be contacted and have the option of paying for shipping on the order.

All in-transit times are business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve day. We ship via the following carriers: FedEx and USPS Priority Mail.
FedEx SmartPost, Please allow 4 -7 business days for delivery.
Please note: unless otherwise specified your package may ship via FedEx SmartPost. With the SmartPost ship service, your package is shipped via the FedEx Ground Network and handed off to your local Post Office for final delivery. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
2nd Day Shipping
Products shipped via 2nd Day Service are shipped Monday-Wednesday. Orders taken after 11 a.m. CT on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Products shipped via Overnight Service are shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders received after 11 a.m. CT on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note for Fed-Ex orders: Please add a comment if you wish to require a signature for orders under $199 or to waive a signature for orders over $200. Signatures are required for orders over $500 without exception.
ORDERS CONTAINING PRESCRIPTION ITEMS FROM OUR PET PHARMACY:
All items requiring a vet's prescription are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Prescription items may only be shipped to the 50 United States. Please allow an additional business day for processing of orders containing prescription items.
If your order contains a prescription item and a non-prescription item, they will ship separately.
DROP SHIP ITEMS FROM VENDORS:
Items marked as “Ships directly from manufacturer” need to be placed over the phone with a customer service representative. Shipping costs for drop ship items vary by manufacturer and/or distributors and subject to change.
Any item that weighs over 8 pounds is considered an oversized item. Orders containing oversized items will be assessed a $4 oversized fee per item. Orders containing oversized items must ship via ground service. Second day and overnight service is unavailable for oversized items.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS:
Please note: PetSupplies4Less.com ships items from three different locations. If your order contains multiple items, be aware that they may ship separately and at different times. You will be notified and receive tracking information when your items have been shipped.
Orders that contain backordered items will be split shipped, via standard ground. In-stock items will be shipped and backordered items will ship as they become available. Vaccines, any item on Manufacturer Back Order and items less than $10.00 will not be backordered. Please plan to include these items in your next order.
PERISHABLE ITEMS AND VACCINES (REFRIGERATED ITEMS):
Because vaccines and other perishable items are sensitive to extreme heat and cold, at certain times of the year Pet Supplies 4 Less will ship these items via Overnight Service only. Please see the shipping schedule below for more information or call 877-813-7387 with questions.
We cannot ship perishable items to P.O. Boxes.
Refrigerated products shipped via Overnight Service are shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders received after 11 a.m. CT on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Refrigerated products shipped via 2nd Day Service are shipped Monday-Wednesday. Orders taken after 11 a.m. CT on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Vaccines may be shipped on Friday for overnight delivery on Saturday, for an additional fee of $20. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Call 877-813-7387 to inquire about this service.
Vaccines are packed within a cooler, and with the necessary ice packs to ensure that your package arrives effective. There is a $4.25 cooler charge.
Vaccines are temperature sensitive to extensive heat or freezing. In order to maintain viability, if experiencing either weather extreme, we recommend using Overnight Service. Either contact customer service about a different delivery date or note on your order.
Vaccines are Non-Returnable unless shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Service. The use of Overnight or 2nd Day service is strongly encouraged for all temperature sensitive items. Orders shipped via Ground Service may take up to 10 days to deliver. Orders are owned by the purchaser upon shipment.
In most cases, the ice packs may have melted by the time your package arrives and therefore means the ice and cooler box have done their job. The vaccine may arrive slightly warm, and will not cause ineffectiveness of the vaccine. Vaccines are shipped in the same method from the manufacturers.
If temperatures are above 80 degrees, we recommend the purchase of additional ice for $1.00 per pack. Please call to add additional ice to your order.
Immediately upon receipt of your order, place vaccines in the refrigerator and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
ORM-D / LTD QTY PRODUCTS:
Some products are marked ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic) or LTD QTY (Limited Quantities). These products can only be shipped via ground carrier within the contiguous United States. They cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or via any expedited method that may involve air transport. If you have any questions, please call 877-813-7387.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that return shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Returned product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns/exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing and credit may be issued on account. Unopened or defective clippers, clipper accessories, blades, shears or combs may be returned for exchange or replacement only. Sorry, no cash or credit refunds.
Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.

PACKAGE DELIVERY SAFETY:
Pet Supplies 4 Less is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery.
We do understand the stress and inconvenience of arriving home and discovering that your package has been stolen. Here are some tips to help safeguard your deliveries if you will not be there to receive them when they arrive.
- If allowed, have the package delivered to your workplace while you are there.
- Arrange to have your package delivered to a trusted friend, relative, or neighbor.
- Arrange for your packages to be signed for. If you wish to have signature required for delivery, please make a note in the comments section at the bottom of the checkout page.
- If necessary, you can have undelivered packages redirected:
- The United States Postal Service offers a service called Package Intercept which will, for a fee, redirect an undelivered package to your local post office or another domestic address.
- FedEx's Delivery Manager allows you to set a delivery time or redirect your package (for a fee), but will hold your package at a FedEx location for free.
- If you have no other options, provide instructions about a less visible location where your package can be left.
