ZYMOX® Otic Hydrocortisone Free aids in the management of acute and chronic otitis externa. Antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-yeast. Antibiotic alternative. This hydrocortisone free formula is well suited for maintaining healthy ears, those pets prone to allergies, dogs who play in water , pregnant or lactating mammals. Zymox® Otic Hydrocortisone Free i is manufactured by PKB Animal Health, a well-known manufacturer of pet care and veterinary products. Directions: Apply liberally to dirty ear, filling ear canal. Gently massage and work into infected area. Wipe to remove excess. Treat once a day for 7 days, 14 days for chronic infections. Safe for extended use on persistent cases. Post treatment flush is recommended to remove any residual product and accumulated dead skin cells. Caution: Do not clean ears before or during treatment. Do not use in conjunction with other topical ear medications or cleaners. Do not allow water in or near ear during treatment. If condition persists or worsens, consult your veterinarian.
