Allergroom® Shampoo is designed for frequent, routine use on normal to dry skin in dogs, cats, and horses. It optimizes the skin and hair coat condition. It is gentle, hypoallerenic, emollient, soap-free, and antiseborrheic. Allergroom® Shampoo contains Spherulites® Microcapsules, an exclusive and patented encapsulation system developed by Virbac to provide slow release of ingredients long after the shampoo is rinsed off. Allergroom also contains Chitosanide, a natural biopolymer creating a protective film on the skin and hair. This natural biopolymer reinforces the hydrating and restoring effects of the formulation, helping to protect the skin against damage from the environment. Allergroom cleanses without undue "stripping" of the lipid layer while adding moisture to the stratum corneum. May help delay onset of skin irritation due to topical bacteria or yeast. Anti-adhesive glycotechnology disrupts microorganism colonization on the skin surface.
