Designed specifically for draft horses and draft crosses, the Jeffers Solaris 1200D Medium Weight Draft Horse Turnout Blanket provides a draft-specific fit without simply sizing up a standard horse blanket. The generous proportions accommodate broader backs, longer barrels, muscular necks, and broad, upright chests while allowing comfortable freedom of movement.

The durable 1200 denier outer shell is waterproof and breathable, while 240g of polyfill provides medium-weight warmth for cold-weather turnout. Generous shoulder gussets and adjustable chest buckles allow comfortable movement and a more customized fit, while the new contoured belly skirt provides additional coverage and protection.

Elastic criss-cross belly bands and hind leg straps provide a secure, flexible fit while allowing natural movement. The elastic construction also provides additional give if a horse becomes caught in a strap. New reflective strips at the chest and rear improve visibility in low-light conditions, making nighttime checks easier.
