Nobivac® Intra-Trac® KC Canine Kennel Cough Vaccine

Nobivac® Intra-Trac® KC is a modified-live intranasal vaccine for the prevention of canine infectious tracheobronchitis (kennel cough) associated with canine parainfluenza virus and *Bordetella bronchiseptica*. Labeled for healthy dogs and puppies 3 weeks of age and older, this vaccine is administered directly into one nostril. Studies have demonstrated protection against *Bordetella bronchiseptica* within 72 hours of administration.

Features:

  • Dual-pathogen protection: Helps protect against canine parainfluenza virus and *Bordetella bronchiseptica* associated with kennel cough.
  • Rapid onset: Protection against *Bordetella bronchiseptica* has been demonstrated within 72 hours.
  • Intranasal administration: Small 0.4 mL dose delivered into one nostril.
  • For puppies and adult dogs: Labeled for healthy dogs 3 weeks of age and older.
  • Package options: Available as a 10-dose vial or 25 single-dose vials. Syringes and Needles are NOT included.

Dosage and Administration:

  • For intranasal use only. Do not administer intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SQ).
  • Rehydrate according to the product label using the specified diluent, then administer the full 0.4 mL dose into one nostril.
  • A syringe and needle are required for rehydration but are not included.
  • Annual revaccination has historically been recommended; consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer for current booster recommendations.
  • Use the entire contents of a vial when first opened.

Storage:

Store at 35–46°F (2–8°C). Do not freeze. Use new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes.

Cautions and Warnings:

  • Vaccinate only healthy, non-parasitized dogs.
  • Mild coughing may occur after vaccination.
  • Do not mix with other products unless specifically directed by the product label.
  • Inactivate unused contents before disposal.
  • In case of accidental human exposure, contact a physician.
