A Halter With No Escape Clause!

My Jack Russel mix could slip other harnesses over her head and run off leaving me with the leash and harness! The Sporn harness under arm pads stay in place, but I check the slide control regularly anyway. She would pull less if I let the under arm pads tighten up as she pulls. I leave the harness on her even when she is tied out. Sporn states not to use as a tie out, but I attach one of the two top rings and she stays attached. The only problem after a week of use is "dye bleed" from the under arm pads when they got wet. Her fur is stained black. I assume that will stop? My dog seems to understand the purpose of this halter.
