Rx Revolution for Cats

Revolution® for Cats is a veterinarian-prescribed, once-monthly topical that delivers reliable, broad-spectrum parasite protection for felines 8 weeks of age and older. With one easy application every 30 days, Revolution kills adult fleas, prevents flea eggs from hatching, and helps protect your cat from heartworm disease. It also treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis), roundworms, and hookworms—making it a simple, all-in-one solution for both internal and external parasites.

Parasites Controlled:

  • Control and prevention of flea infestation (Ctenocephalides felis)

  • Treatment and control of hookworms (Ancylostoma tubaeforme)

Directions:

Apply topically to the skin at the base of the neck as directed by your veterinarian. Part the hair until the skin is visible, place the tip of the tube on the skin, and squeeze to empty the entire contents in one spot. Do not massage into the skin. Use every 30 days for continuous protection.

Ingredients:

Selamectin, Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Isopropyl Alcohol.

Precautions:

Prior to administration, cats should be tested for existing heartworm infections. At the discretion of the veterinarian, infected cats should be treated to remove adult heartworms. Revolution is not effective against adult heartworms or for clearing microfilariae. The most common side effect in cats is temporary hair loss at the application site, with or without mild redness or flaking. Other side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, lethargy, itching, or skin irritation. If you have questions about side effects, consult your veterinarian. For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children.
