Directions:
Please follow the directions and dosage prescribed by your veterinarian. The starting dose for canine cognitive dysfunction is 0.2 mg–0.45 mg per pound of body weight. It may take up to one month or longer to see improvement. The usual starting dose to treat Cushing’s disease is 0.45 mg per pound of body weight given once daily in the morning. If no result is seen within two months, the dose may be increased to 0.9 mg per pound of body weight. If there is still no response after one month at the increased dose, your pet should be reevaluated by your veterinarian.
