BOVIGEN Platinum 5 L5 is a modified-live, 5-way viral vaccine with Leptospirosis protection, designed to safeguard valuable cattle—especially replacement heifers and cows—against a range of harmful reproductive and respiratory diseases. By offering defense against leptospirosis, Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2, Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR), Parainfluenza 3 (PI3), and Bovine Respiratory Syncytial Virus (BRSV), this vaccine ensures healthy herd development and protection against major threats that can affect herd productivity and calf viability.

Features:

• Targeted Protection: Guards against Leptospirosis, including Leptospira canicola, Leptospira grippotyphosa, Leptospira hardjo, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae, and Leptospira pomona. It also cross-protects against Leptospira hardjo-bovis.
• BVD and Respiratory Disease Defense: Effectively protects against the most prevalent strains of BVD, including BVD Types 1 and 2, and IBR, PI3, and BRSV, essential for reducing reproductive loss and respiratory issues.
• For Beef-on-Dairy Calves: Protects beef-on-dairy calves from Leptospirosis—an increasingly important demographic as their population is projected to rise from 7% to 15% by 2026.
• Safe and Effective: Suitable for use in pregnant cows and nursing calves, provided they have been vaccinated 30 to 60 days before breeding with other BOVIGEN Platinum vaccines. Meets Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) standards.

• Color-coded for easy identification: Blue seal on the viral cake and pink seal on the Lepto diluent
