Stack-N-Stor Stackable Containers

I have two of these containers I bought probably 15 years ago from a pet store. The brand on the old ones is Blitz and they are white and red, but other than that, the design is identical. I assume the product design was purchased by Coastal Pet Products. The new bin works/stacks perfectly with the old bins. However, the plastic is noticeably thinner and softer than the originals which is rather disappointing. The label instructs not to stack more than two of the bins, and I can see why since the material is weaker. The originals are plenty sturdy enough to stack three bins.

I use these for my dog and cat food and keep them in my laundry room closet, so there is a very low chance of a rodent chewing through it.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product, but just a little disappointed with the plastic material used to construct the new bin.

This is NOT critter proof. It's a great product but the rodents chewed through it in less than a week. I'd recommend it for indoor use only. We had it in a shed and the varmints easily chewed holes in it. Dang it!

We keep two of these in the laundry room for the dog and cat food. They are plastic so I wouldn't recommend putting them in a feed room or a garage. I give them 4 stars. Just wish they were bug proof.
